Each t-shirt will have a small variation in sizing due to the different washes Affliction Clothing uses to make each t-shirt unique.  Holes and small tears are normal and intended to make each t-shirt truly vintage and unique.  Affliction denim is true to fit sizing and are more of a fashion fit.  If you want the t-shirt to fit slightly looser consider ordering one size larger.
