The Best Way to Organize My Workout Program?
This answer incorporates The Pit Workout Boxset.  Which includes the following 3 DVD's: The Pit Workout, The Pit Workout-CrossPit, and Finally The Pit Instructional Vol. 1.
1. Watch The Pit Instructional DVD & Practice it some.
2. Day 1 Do The Pit Workout  workout 1
3. Day 2 take the day off
4. Day 3 Do The Pit Workout  workout 2
5. Day 4 take the day off
6. Day 5 Do The Pit Workout  workout 3
7. Day 6 take the day off
8. Day 7 Do the first CrossPit Workout
9. Day 8 take the day off
10. Day 9 Do the second CrossPit Workout

Do I need any Fitness Equipment in order to do these DVD's?
It is not necessary to have any equipment for either The Pit Workout (the original) or The Pit Instructional.  You need a Pull Up Bar and/or a Resistance Band for The Pit Workout-CrossPit DVD and because the Pit Workout-CrossPit is in the Boxset you will need a pull-up bar and/or a Resistance Band for the Boxset as well.
