The Pit Workout Club Cards
The Pit Workout club cards are simple workout cards that have been printed in a limited quantity.  These cards are simple but the workouts are definitely not simple.  There are nine different timed workouts in this series each of which are timed workouts.  Simply put you can start anywhere on the card, complete that exercise and move on to the next technique until all the stations are complete.  The idea is for your time and technique to improve.  Be sure to collect all nine unique workouts.
